Regression testing on modified software builds.  Documenting all completed projects with client’s guideline and stored in a manner that can be retrieved quickly and effectively when needed during client’s feedback and other operations. Responsible for making documenting issue report of each project. Analyzing and sharing with client.  Handling multiple projects such as Matla Insurance, ABSA Banking, RMA&QMS Insurance, Smile2Win, Talkk & Moris chat bot.
