The role entailed filling of Income tax returns and preparing the Projected Financial Statements and reports for various individuals and Firms.

Worked in the field of various areas stated below :

• Statutory Audit - The scope entailed statutory audit review for compliance with regulatory reporting framework. Assisted for various entities engaged in the business of IT Software Services, E-Commerce business (As an“ECO Operators” in Tours and Travels Industry).
• Internal Audit - The scope entailed conduct of Internal Audit of various processes i.e Finance & Accounts, HR & Payroll Process, Regulatory Compliances, Inventory & Logistics Process of the entities.
• Due diligence reporting - The role entailed due diligence reporting (DDR) for the purpose of acquisition and PPA Valuation. Conducted Due diligence of various ECO Participants engaged in the trading business of Automobile Accessories, Home Decors Items, Household Products etc. Role Included end to end handling of the DDR.
• IFRS Consolidation - The role included preparation of financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFS) and compliances relating to consolidation of accounts of subsidiaries.
  
• Tax Audit - Assisted for the various entities engaged in the business of IT Software Services, E-Commerce business (As an“ECO Operators” in Tours and Travels Industry).
• GST Audit - Conducted for the various entities engaged in Asset Management services and other business services such as manpower supply. Also performed GST Reconciliation 2A Vs. PR for GST Audit Purposes of the MNC dealing in agricultural products such as Edible oil etc.
• GST Compliances (Monthly/Quarterly & Annual) for Various Companies.
• USGAAP Review for the entity engaged in IT Software Services.
• Accounting - The role entailed monthly accounting along with other regulatory compliances such as TDS, GST and ROC Compliances for the entity engaged in manpower supply services.
• Assisted in the preparation of various certificates required for Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in the Listing Process for entity dealing in Power Transmission developer and solutions.
• Conversion of financial statements in foreign currency as per applicable accounting standards.
