Process Management-Ensuring adherence to Policies & Processes, Ensuring proper documentation along with the ultimate responsibility For compliance with Internal Audit recommendations.
Portfolio quality- Ensuring that all Assigned Branches have 100% Repayment, good discipline. Identify & analyze risks (Economic, social & Political) related to loan Portfolio. Ensure portfolio Diversification & quality across activities in all branches.
Productivity/Profitability – monitoring Profitability and performance of assigned branches using various productivity, efficiency & financial Parameter as per the business plan. Guiding the team so that their target goals in term of member acquisition, portfolio outstanding are met.
Customer Satisfaction – Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality. Coach branch level staff in analyzing reason behind customer dissatisfaction and take necessary steps.
Operation management – ensuring all branch have proper functional support, ensuring optimum utilization of operational resources, supporting team in coordinating with head office functional representative. Submitting all the required reports accurately on time.
People Management – Recruiting, Managing, developing and coaching all the field staff of Assigned branch. Ensuring fair and consistent HR practices at all level in the assigned branches. Acting as a role model for effective communication. Conducting performance appraisal, analyzing training needs, developing and delivering training program for assigned branch.
External Communication and relation – Representing the organization as a chief spokesperson at the Area level maintaining relationship with external parties and stakeholder (bank, political party etc.)
