- Launched the Event Sourcing feature, streamlining workflow to help vendors collect reviews at in-person events; within 5 months, event reviews contributed 14% of all vendor-sourced reviews.

- Managing the entire product lifecycle of India Investment Grid (IIG) Platform. IIG is a unique global level initiative which engages tangible project promoters from all across India to Investors from all across the globe. IIG has had 3 Million+ unique visits, 30k+ registrations & 10k+ investor-promoter connects so far.
- Led the development & timely delivery of a new product, National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP), on the India Investment Grid (IIG) Platform. NIP, hosted exclusively on the IIG platform, consists of all Indian infra projects, worth ~ $2 Trillion & being closely monitored by 20+ key ministries. This product was launched by the Hon'ble FM of India.
- Leading a team of developers & SEO professionals in reviewing & optimising the website to improve keyword targeting URL strategies, website architecture & content along with analysing website performance with Google Analytics. This in turn has resulted in a 100% increase in organic traffic & over 100 targeted keywords ranking in top 10 ( an increase of over 1000% in targeted keywords ranking in top 10) in less than a year.
- Prioritized roadmap in order to achieve product goals & metrics. Developed product documentations to communicate & align key components of upcoming features & products to internal teams.
- Compiled user feedback to understand the issues & worked with team to make changes & modifications to the platform, leading to the improvement in user satisfaction.
