Having total 11.8 years of relevant experience in software development. I am working here as a Senior Lead (Consultant). It's a SIEM software, a US based product used worldwide. It's a mix of Web and Windows application which uses technologies like ASP.Net, React, WPF, SQL Server, etc. We are also using three tier architecture as well as Microservices concept here. The product is deployed on cloud as well as on prem. For cloud deployment we are using Run deck utility. Using Azure for build pipeline configuration. Using GitHub as code repository, earlier it was TFS. I have also done MCP & CSM certification.

Below are my roles and responsibilities:

• Leading a development team of 12 in size. Using AGILE.
• Mentoring junior team members and conducting knowledge sharing sessions.
• Doing quarter planning with Product owner and breaking the stories for sprints as per priority. Doing work estimations with team.
• Regular interaction with clients or stakeholders which includes taking new requirements, discussing cross team blockers, presenting work progress and doing sprint demos.
• Taking care of team DSM and resolving blockers.
• Contributing in coding part. Implementing new feature request and doing defect fixin along with the team. 60% of my bandwidth include development work.
• Conducting code review check within the team.
• Conducting Beta factory where we encourage team to come up with new ideas like how to improve product, creating POC, etc.

I worked here for a Insurance domain US based product. It was a purely Web based using C# ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, etc. We were using three tier architecture here. Used AGILE in this project. Below were my roles and responsibilities in this organization:

• Creating new functionalities and doing defect fixing.
• Understanding the requirement during backlog grooming, discussing with team or Product Owner.
• Participating in planning meeting along with team.
• Attending DSM and giving demos.
• Followed code review guidelines before committing the code. Used Team foundation server as a code repository.
• During hardening sprint, also help QA in doing regression testing.

Worked in MyZeal IT Solutions, Noida as a software engineer. Here I was working for for US Client - Platinum group of companies. Worked for FNOL process. It was an APD Insurance based process. Using ASP.Net with SQL server as backend along with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, etc with three tier architecture. My roles and responsibilities included doing defect fixing, contributing in new functionality work. It was a Waterfall model based project.

Joined this company just after my MCA completion. My first company where I learned about software development. Initial time was training and then after I was aligned with a development team. Used C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc to create Retail based applications here. My role included doing defect fixing and creating new functionalities here.
