• Support the solutioning team to solve the various Linux issues during the Implementation of the Genesys Contact Center solution deployment.
• Implementation for Genesys contact center framework for various clients.
• Implementation of Genesys Interaction Recording and troubleshooting.
• Supporting the solutioning team for deploying the Tomcat, Apache load balancer, Cassandra database, pacemaker cluster etc.
• Fine tuning of Linux operating system during the deployment of Genesys Contact center solution.
• Configure local YUM repository for installing the Linux packages.

• Support security team to mitigate server-side threats after Risk Assessment.

• Deploy the Genesys Experience Insights using the docker and Kubernetes.

• Work with the Global IT team to manage E2open IT infrastructure in both India (Bangalore) and US.
• Provide technical support to end user systems including application installation and configuration, troubleshooting, debugging for peripherals and other desktop computing requests.
• Configure and install client hardware such as laptop and desktop systems for Windows and Linux OS.
• Work on technical tickets based on defined SLA.
• Support office network, including Wi-Fi & VPN.
• Provide employee onboarding and off-boarding support and activities including account creation/termination, desk area setup, user system setup and new hire orientation, etc.
• Assist computer hardware and accessories procurement by working with the procurement team.
• Conduct periodic computer accessories inventory check and update.
• Coordinate with onsite team to solve various server-side issues.
• Weekly maintenance and patching of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Provide training to help users be familiar with the technologies, IT processes, procedures, and policies.
