· Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. Researching and contacting colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
· HR Induction, Orientation & Employee relations:
Responsible for HR Induction & Orientation.
Develop & maintain employee relations.
Handle employee grievances.
Point of contact for all HR related activities.
· Recruitment:
Interact with various business units for obtaining the manpower requirements, devise a recruitment strategy, plan of action and implement the same.
Sourcing of profiles through various sources.
Initial screening and review applications and conduct the initial round of interview to check fitment and provide necessary information about the role.
Coordinating with the panel & the candidates for scheduling the interview.
Post-offer follow up with the panelist and with the candidate.
Conduct HR Interviews & actively participate in the salary fitment & negotiation.
Gauge candidate's interest and motivate till joining.
· Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
· Ensure the interview process/processes, documentation availability and other relevant information are communicated to the candidates through email before they attend the interview.
· Pre screening of potential candidates and Taking preliminary rounds of HR interview to know the suitability of the candidate.
· Groom candidates before they are sent to the clients for interview.
