•Overseeing the Supervisory ecosystem under the Axis Leadership Capability Academy

•Stakeholder management including Global Learning Partners with budgeting and negotiation

•Overseeing NHT,FTMs and Training workshops on behavioral dimensions

•Training and Facilitating marquee Leadership programs from AM to SVP grade across business.

•Conducting DE&I Sensitivity Sessions,across cohorts

•Project Management of Employee Well being as a part of L&D intervention for Axis Bank and Subsidiaries

•Employee Engagement for internal L&D cohort.

•Participating in L&D forums for insights and application etc.

• TNI/TNA & Imparting training through CBT,VILT and LMS facilitation
• Training sessions on Organizational Induction,Process,Grooming standards, Operations FTM,Customer Management,Communication and Sales Management,Soft Skills etc.through Coordination with Liability Sales ,Branch Banking & FOS for effective planning and implementation of Training.
• L&OD organization wide Project Program Management in Employee Well being,Aspirational Learning,GIGA etc.
• Conduct monthly training audits/evaluation, feedback process.
• Relay back mechanisms Supporting the NTH in rolling out effective programs for team KT Sessions Content Development and Strategic Support to Sales Heads.

• Supporting in creating & implementing channel wise learning journeys
