Assistant Manager/Sr Engineer-Sales & Application:-

• Handling & leading whole team to successfully complete set of tasks with full efficiency.
• Conducting & coordinating a meeting of process & system improvement with overseas teams.

• Selection and Sizing of valve in the SAP system according to the customer requirements.
• Techno-commercial offer preparation as per the requirements of the customers and periodical review of offers.
• Submission and modification of supporting documents of GAD, QAP and other documents and get the offer technically approved.
• Register the order in the SAP system in lined with the technical offer submitted during the offer stage.
• KOM & Meeting for Project Scope Understanding, technical alignment and closure.
• Preparing reports and update on weekly and monthly basis to our Overseas team.
• Analyzing lead time and variability and transportation impacts of the varying supply chain.
• Understand supply variability and manufacturing constraints and other restrictions and act accordingly
• Propose and implement solutions to promote lean solutions including the definition of issues, and gaps enhancing project order on-time delivery.
• Single point contact during Projects order execution and updating client with order progress reports on weekly bases for different projects.
• Attend weekly meeting for order progress review.
• Co-ordinates with customers for smooth execution of orders. Post order processing and related activities like manufacturing action monitoring, reporting and coordinating dispatch activities.
• Escalate slippages in the set targets to the production department to avoid any delays for overall execution.
• Coordinate with internal expeditors to check raw material readiness in line with a final delivery schedule. Decide on the freight mode (air/sea) to pick up imported material. Coordinate with internal QC/TPI for inspection status of raw material.
• Conduct internal meetings to discuss execution strategy. Review PPC plan in line with client delivery requirements. Capture and submit special budget requirements for execution. Update client for
  any propone/post-pond delivery status.
• Review the requirements viz. inspection category, reporting,methodology, delivery terms, spares requirement, etc. Coordinate with design & technical team for GAD & ITP/QAP submission in line with agreed technical specifications or TQs (technical query).
• Consult with the client (end user/EPC contractor/design consultant) for any clarification required, prior to submission of documents.
• Responsible to provide delivery lead time to all project orders from global manufacturing sites of USA, China, Italy, Germany and India.
• Coordinating with the concern departments regarding work
  progress or to resolve any problem if may arise.

Production Planning & Estimation Engineer: -

• In charge of handling a team of 100 employees performing production, service and machine activities.
• Make sure that all valve production-related activities ( Assembly,testing & calibration, and painting) and machining activities both CNC machine & manual operated machine should follow standard
  codes of practice, GA drawings, work order, and Quality control procedures (QCP), WPS & WPQR & ITP.
• Maintaining Production Schedules (Monthly, Weekly, Daily) and attending weekly production planning meetings to discuss & resolve issues if any, to achieve production targets.
• Plan and supervise the flow of work on the shop floor by arranging material near respected areas prior to starting the process.
• Records keeping for tools, fixtures, indexing tables, dividing chucks and other machining components
• Involved in the development of production methods, machine operation and safety training programs, and providing technical assistance during job manufacturing.
• Responsible for internal and external production audits.
• Assisting Design Departments with follow ups on detail & GA drawings and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring that finished components are inspected and ready for assembly, testing & calibration before the estimated planned date or time.
• Responsible for being involved in production development & technician training, and for facing & handling both internal & external QMS audits.
• Coordinating with QC Department for inspection follow-ups and resolving issues, if any.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly MIS regarding salaries, incentives, overtime, late marks, absenteeism, leave, etc.
• Achieving production monthly target within project completion due date.
• ERP, Work Order Preparation, GA & detail drawing, Resource Planning, Material warehouse Management & Material Consumption,Risk management,Production planning & development, service activities management.
• Client coordination regarding production, quality & service related requirements.
• Cost estimation & quotation of manufacturing of machine components & fabrication of structural components

Quality Engineer:-

• To undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
• QA/QA activities, PIM, ITP, QMS, study of ASME & API standard,NCR & OSDR management.
• Scheduling and conducting pre-inspection meeting (PIM) for new projects to discuss the client requirements and record inspection activities in the inspection test plan (ITP).
• To carryout Incoming, visual and final inspection of valves as per quality standard, Aramco standard, GE approved procedure, ASME & API standard, code, specifications.
• Inspection to be carried out as per WO, GA Drawing, and inspection test plan (ITP), PO and approved procedure by client.
• Maintain and archive all documentation related to quality as per PO and ITP.
• Co-ordinate with client and TPI inspector regarding the inspection activities and give them the technical details.
• Tracking of Pressure safety valves MTCs on GE portal with referenced to given valve serial number or heat number provided in received work order from production or by seeing heat number,casting number on the casting.
• Preparation of quality documents of pressure safety valves like certificate of compliance of performance pressure  testing, material  test  certificate, visual  inspection  report, hydro report, painting report, positive material identification report (PMI) for stainless steel valves, hardness test report, surface preparation
report.
• Preparation of Additional documents like radiographic testing (RT),magnetic particle testing (MPI), liquid penetrant test (LPT), API conformance letter, spare parts conformance letter, ASME UV certificate & NACE compliance report.
• Following up for valve readiness with production for completion of inspection activities within scheduled notification dates.
• Preparation of painting procedure, PMI procedure, hardness procedure, welding procedure (WPS) as per client comments for new project.
• Reviewing and updating master list of tools & instruments and sending items for calibration which are due for calibration.
• Recording received customer OSDR, complains, NCR in master record, monitoring the same for closing it out with proper documentation and justification within 15 days.
• MRR approval (Pressure safety valves & spare parts)/Work order approval (Pressure safety valves)/Customer inspection approval & Painting approval.
• Preparation of NCR against the faulty valves received from the supplier and close the NCR by following up with the supplier by corrective and preventive action.
