Responsibilities -
1) To Check and ensure that the works done as per approved drawing and Saudi Aramco standards.
2) Check and ensuring by inspection and verify that civil & structural work are performed in accordance with the project requirements and IFC drawing.
3) Visit the site checking quality of work as per client requirement and Saudi Aramco standard.
4) Perform daily inspection and review to achieve quality of construction required for all work under the scope of work and Saudi Aramco standard.
5) Coordinating with Client/proponent to solve the site issues.
6) Providing technical support to contract department for any field change request.
7) Expediting site work by assisting site team by providing all drawing/redline drawings as per site condition complying with Saudi Aramco standard.
8) Coordinating with third party for testing and sampling.
9) Following with the sub-contractor for daily progress and report to Lead Engineer.
10) Preparing the DPR.
11) Preparing Pre Excavation checklist and take approval from LPD & Area Pipeline Operation.
12) Participate and assist in resolving technical issues as per SA Standards.
13) Follow up with procurement team for material and equipment.
14) Monitor concrete pouring activities by sampling, testing till placing.
15) Coordinating with safety department for site related safety issue and Safety observation Closeout.
16) Maintaining Reinforcement according to specifications, including steel, binding, cover blocks, chairs.
17) Progress report making of BBS of steel work according to Drawing & Specifications.
18) Documentation and Maintaining Billing records.
19) Preparation of material consumption statement, record.
