• Creating Quality documentation as per ISO 9001 – 2008: (Process control sheet, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and SPC).

• Value addition during different production processes.
• Analyze customer’s product design data to determine the most cost effective tools and processes.
• To provide overall direction and guidance for operational activities to maximize growth and profitability.
• Day-to-day management for all the activities of plant for a specific output.
• Responsible from development to dispatch.
• Helping engineers to understand each process to give better output and work towards complete customer satisfaction.
