• Monitoring project schedule and adjusting the timelines as needed to ensure timely completion of the tasks to and adherence to project milestones.
• Conducting inspections to ensure that construction works meets quality standards and specifications. Address any deficiencies or deviations from the approved plans.
• Ensuring that materials procurement with respect to the project schedule and site condition.
• Coordinating with suppliers/contractors to procure materials and equipment required for ongoing activities and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

• Preparing monthly reconciliation for Steel, Cement and other items
• Execution of work containing line out, R.C.C
• Checking, M Masonry & Plaster work, Water proofing & other finishing items
• Monitoring the work progress by day-to-day basis to complete on time with all aspects of Quality & Safety and getting approval from Clint and Consultant
• Coordinate with facade contractor and get the work done as per schedule
• Preparing fortnight reports for schedule and quality.

• Commercial High-rise building with PT slabs system
• Execution and inspecting the Shuttering & Steel reinforcement for structural elements from Contractor side as a part of quality inspection requirement
• Getting approval for ongoing works from client/PMC
• Reporting to Project manager with DPR
• Maintaining and updating all the site documents, drawings and test reports relating to quality of materials in accordance to IS codes
• Coordinating with the Subcontractor to ensure that manpower is engaged as and where required as per the schedule
• Highlighting the alarming site issues and risks to the management, that might have an adverse impact on schedule

• Worked as a Site Engineer (Responsible for Structure & Finishing works) in USHA Residency Chennai
• Worked as a Site Engineer in BSR Mall with Multiplex Theater in Thoraipakkam Chennai
