• Assists the rooms allocation for incoming and outgoing staff plans and implements the employee room allocation.
• To supervise the Housekeeping operations by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of owners, employees and guest
• Coordinate all necessary repairs and maintenance
• Checking pest control and reporting any requirements.
• Ensure that arrival rooms are made ready on time
• Update
• Ensure that the public areas are regularly cleaned, especially during events or functions.
• Prepare shift closure report.
• Give and take proper handover at the end and beginning of the shift
• To keep correct and up – to - date furniture, Equipment, utensil and linen inventory in the staff house.
• Analyze the staff performance for developing training plans
• To liaise with the watchmen and security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours.
