Home owners can explore design, home decor ideas and hire professionals for any task related to home construction, Service providers can connect to home owners and enhance their business more.
Took care of two domain - Kolo community and Customer retention and notification
Kolo Community (Managed a team of 5)
- Onboarding and engagement analysis of Service Providers/Professionals ( Civil engineers, architects, Contractors)in the Kolo app.
- Coordinate the gaps amongst the Professionals and Home owners (users)and conveying it to the tech team so that the product benefits both the domain users.
- Increased user participation and time engagement in the app via the campaigns (Campaigns via app notification, and whatsapp broadcast)
- Advocate the customers feedback and bring up user friendly changes with the help of tech team

Customer Retention and notification -
- Delivered high-quality results by setting performance metrics and monitoring progress against targets.
- Drive app activity (DAU & MAU)and the customer retention via Push notification, SMS, emails and Whatsapp broadcast.
- Maintain deep understanding of the product so that the campaigns are done to bring up the weaker side strong
- Drive growth across multiple short term and long term goals.

- Work closely with the data Analyst team to build in personalized campaigns as per the customer cohorts And increase the customer satisfaction
