Stretch Projects

  • HRBI Reporting: Worked on streamlining HR Reports to retire legacy reports and redirect people to the new reports and enhance reports and create new report requirements. This helped me to develop new skills within HRBI domain.
  • Solution Management: Worked as HR Solutions Manager for MDM implementation and managed solutions for complex business situations and also worked in Business Letters Process.
  • HR Citizen Development Program: I have successfully completed the HR Citizen Development Program and received certification on Microsoft Power-Platforms. Through this program, I have created business solutions using various applications with no-code/low-code platforms. Notably, I have implemented projects such as Service Awards Managers communications and the HR Bulk Upload App, which have automated manual processes and significantly improved process efficiency.
