- Fully responsible to be contact person (Central) at AOG-Desk
- Process Coordinate & document all customer requirements right up to availability of materials

- Determine pool part availability of particular aircraft and documents for particular part through certain sap transactions
- Arrange shipping of ordered units via freight forwarders requested by customers
- Process customer complaints (certificates, tat delays, and warranty cases etc.), coordinate activities internally and provide solutions for customer
- Work on system generated tasks for all component products as per agreed key performance indicators
- Creating PR & GR booking (Quick Banf process) for purchasing on behalf of LHT customer’s using
- SAP.
