• Learning Design: Creative and thinks outside the box with the capability to look at content and find new and exciting ways to present that information to the audience through the different learning models. Making any given information visually stimulating and interactive to help the audience interact better with the content and use the same to change their behavior, keep them engaged and facilitate retention of the material.
• Client/Relationship and Client Consultation: Handling effective client/relationship management, acting as a point of contact, reviewing end products, checking client satisfaction, liaising with new and existing clients, managing new business problems and providing customized business solutions. Ensuring high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
• Project Management: Creating project plans and monitoring progress and status reports of the projects – monthly, quarterly and overall fiscal targets. Staying on course with delivery, quality and learning objectives with a client-service mindset. Controlling and tracking projects, planning project intake, managing risks for on-time delivery. Working with vendors - managing both in-house and vendor supported client projects.
