  • Manage a Team of 200 3pl Employee,It has grown in different ways in different formats.
  • This is an ultra Large automated warehouse serving entire eastern Region of the country.
  • Works out Vendor Appointment on daily basis and shares with all vendors ii. Monitor IB KPIs viz. 100% GRN by EOD, NIL IV DMS pending within 5 days of receipt
  • Inbound Following with team till closed ageing ASN, GRN, Put Away, and SIT Pendency & Share with Higher management 100% Compliance to EOD activities like no stock in interim Sloc 902,921,916..ETC. Inbound KPI gap analysis and get corrective action done also some exceptional audits are been conducted such as Trip done but VRN not Done, GRN Done but VRN not Audit
  • Inventory- Physical VS System (Cycle Counting) Article check audit, Product shelf life audit, Bin Audit
  • Transportation-:Monitoring Vehicle movements, ensuring timely & accurate dispatches, Prepare primary report, MIS reports, Ensure Vehicle Hygiene prior to placement as per schedule, Follow up on vehicle maintenance and update related up, Ensure seal data / consumption record and its booking details verification, Fill dash board reports and analyze them for deficiencies and plan for improvements, Have follow up to on time Vehicle placement at dock, Review 3PL / Driver attendance as per shift plan, Ensure Vehicle Fitness as per compliance, Check every trip sheet for remarks of short/ excess, record the same.
  • Outbound:-Ensure picking as per indent generated for the day and in line with delivery schedule, Lead the team of micro counter for accuracy of picking and control measure to reduce errors, Ensure dispatches to store in line with delivery schedule and window timing, Check all movements and interims sloc if any items are lying there.
  • Returns: At RTO & RVP, we receive RTO & RVP orders from our hubs and re-invent this material for the purpose of re-forwarding as fresh inventory. Damaged items are to be marked damaged with SRN creation. Our main objective is to process the RTO material in real time with proper follow up with QC and Hub.
  • Liquidation: Items with SRN and RVP products that cannot be relisted for the forwarding process are eliminated as final closings from the end of the WH.
  • Safety Aspect: Have follow up with HIS team to get conduct Mock Drill(Bi Monthly) & fire Training as per schedule & dos & don't ,is share with employees so people can aware of the adverse situation/emergency situation
  • Loss & Prevention:-Analyze, monitors, detects, and investigates malicious discrepancies found in the cash, inventory, and reconciliation processes at the designated DC. To prevent, detect and resolve all incidents of shoplifting, transaction fraud, internal and external malicious activity. Assisting key DC leadership in times of danger or crisis to reduce risk to life and property.
  • Fraud Control:-Identify potential areas of fraud and set up appropriate corrective mechanisms.
  • Governance:-Maintain synergy with professional counterparts at the State level through periodic interactions.
