Mingling Engineering and business as a business development officer, tender expert and organizing, leading and harmonizing the sanitary department of the company; I am attributing a high value achievement since enrollment.

Since now, more than fifteen outstanding local and international projects awarded with my direct involvement and contribution on the bid procedures and submissions.

Being industrious in every sector, me and my friends launched a private business company focusing on environmental protection schemes in Addis Ababa city Kirkos sub city on a two year contractual basis.

I was the general manger of the company who played a key role on the achievements related to planning, execution, reporting, stakeholders’ engagement, financial management, compliance of environmental regulations and policies, sustainability programs and related concerns of the company.

In a different horizon of business and law; I was managing client’s accounts, supervise customer service team, data collection and analysis of customers’ satisfaction, drafting and finalizing survey reports as well as updating status reports.

My duty engulfed me with numerous and various customers across the nation which helped me enhance written and verbal communication skills, anger management, organization skills, team works and multi task handling in a timely and accurate manner.

Worked as a dedicated site engineer in a construction project “Adwa zero kilometer museum” which is one of the landmarks of Addis Ababa nowadays being a contemporary master piece in its design, construction and function as well as showing the pan African solidarity and anti-colonial achievement on the Adwa victory of the late 19th century by Emperor Minilik.

I was technically equipped on site engineering duties; taking measurements, calculating quantities, producing reports, managing take off sheets, processing payments, checking qualities and standards, sampling materials, approvals and checklists, meeting with resident engineers and other colleagues with all accountability and responsibility to the engineering profession.

• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Coordinated with subcontractors ensuring their work met project specifications as well as monitored their progress towards completion deadlines.
• Managed on-site resources effectively, including personnel allocation, equipment utilization, and material storage to ensure smooth project progression with minimal downtime.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
