  • Developing new products as per customer specific requirements with effective Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
  • Preparing APQP / PPAP documents as per IATF-16949:2016.
  • 3d & 2D Drawing child part Mark-up & Inspection Layout reports verification.

  • Prepare & follow up of Reliability test based on drawing & additional customer requirement.
  • Implementation of Engineering Order Changes (EO) & additional tools for Cost saving, Product & Quality improvement.
  • Ensure the stage wise Quality Status at Customer/In house and supplier to improve issues attained during proto & initial trial built car such as Process/ Fitment /Function / Durability before start of mass production to avoid loss of more money during production stages.
  • Monitoring of SPC at all CTQ Stations.
  • Performing Line audits During initial Product development & Regular production.
  • Homologation certification (AIS & ECE) and testing work (like E-marking, TAC No, Etc.).
  • Demonstrate excellence in setting up processes according to IATF16949 including PPAP preparation and implementing Quality Management System Standards.
  • Processes knowledge of FMEA, Customer Handling, PPAP, APQP, SPC, 8D, and Poka yoke.
  • Customer new program RFQ submission (Testing cost, New program gauges development).
  • New investment & new equipment development based on customer requirement (ROI, Capex & Revex).
  • NPD Meeting conducted for Feasibility Study and report submit to customer.
  • Handling and Manage all Customer Process Audits & E marking Standards.
  • Confirming the Quality of incoming parts, in process and till delivery to customer.
  • Approach towards Quality improvement prioritization & cost benefit.
