• Carried out maintenance of SWT tools and equipment which includes greasing, buffing, Gate valve Removal and repair kit installation, pressure test etc.
• Had look after Surge tank, choke manifold, SMS system individually on location in high pressure, high temp wells.
• Look after certification and mobilization of equipment and has to mobilize in safe manner accordance with Client’s policy.
• Collection of samples like crude oil, Produced water.
• Handling 1440 Psi and 2K three phase separator and it’s all controlling system.
• Observing on site requirements and reporting to supervisor to maintain continuity of the job.
• Equipment’s Function test, maintenance, pressure test mainly for ESD system, Transfer pump & Ignition system, Choke Manifold, 2-phase & 3-phase separator etc.
• Handling Air compressor, Diesel Generator, Chemical injection pump.
• Provide co-ordination during start up and shut down process, x-mass tree operation, Annulus valve, Master valve, Crown and wing valve operation.
• Handled operations in high pressure exploration as well as development gas wells.
• Type of Jobs carried out: Rig and Rig-less Jobs.
• WBCO assisted by Jet pump, ESP pump, PCP pump, SRP pump (all artificial lifts WBCO) Start-ups on both self-flow conditions and artificial lifting conditions over continuous monitoring and adjustments with well test spread data.
• SWT assist in well activation, stimulation with CT, HRP and N2 assisted flow back with and without SMS system.
• MPFM rate verification through SWT via Test header.
• Doing Pressure gauge calibration by using dead weight tester.
• Doing D.P Burton recorder calibration by using manometer.
• D.P Burton recorder rig up and able to read all parameters like static pressure, temperature, D.P and also able to set the clock as per required.
• All sensor/transmitters are able to reset, start, off, rig up, rig down, calibration.
• Handling of laboratory equipment’s including Dead weight Tester, Gravito-meter, Manometer, Viscometer, refractometer, multi gas detector, centrifuge for BS&W, pH paper, gas sampling pump for measure tube CO2, H2S detector
• Done maintenance of Gate valves of choke manifold, Wilden pump, Ball valves of diverter manifold, replaced needle valves of data header, Done Greasing in Choke manifold, SSV etc. with pneumatic and Hand grease gun. Done equipment’s.
