• To Onboard Cleared CDS product into Nat-West Bank Treasury. International clearing process is getting realigned to the overseas clearing team from the EURO cheque.

ECMS Projects - Eurosystem Collateral Management System

• As part of replacement of 20 collateral system in Europe Tested the entries references and provided the suggestions and reduced 25% manual intervention of matching the entries.

TLM Reconciliation through involvement of AI Projects

• Tested the flow in UAT platform and provided suggestions for auto match entries.
• Also provided Auto allocation of Departments which resulted in 15% Customer satisfaction.
• Provided suggestions on the Proposals Queue to clear automatically by reading the comments which saved around 40% of the work and saved 0.5 FTE.

Implemented 5S Tool in Clearing the Shared Drive

• On implemented 5S Tool cleaned the shared drive which had no space by zipping relevant folders and created links for each folders on sustaining Part and saved around 25GB out of 50 GB Space which resulted in cost effective.
