Working simultaneously in below 2 projects:
1. TRIRIGA L3 – Lease and App Product Development:
- Developer for implementing business solutions for identified defects
- Developing codes in build environments, keeping track of moved changes, reviewing defective codes, etc
- Managing technical design and documentation
- Providing suggestions on design build for efficient issue resolution
- Addressing the identified fixes to be available for next GA (General Availability) version for reported issues
- Providing LA (Limited Availability)/temporary fixes
2. TRIRIGA L2 Support Lead - Customer Engineering:
- Leading Tririga Lease and App team consisting of 15 resources for providing guidance and support on technical and functional aspect
- Analyzing and validating product PMRs (defects) in the form of APAR (Authorized Program Analysis Report)
- Managing & maintaining SLA’s and NPS of PMRs
- Outlined and formulated new L2 Support Policy and Scope of Product Support Services for organizing, handling customer issues efficiently with focus on providing a better customer experience
- Trained new hires
- SPOC & specialist in handling escalation & severity-1 cases
- Organizing scrum calls for discussion on incidents to guide team and to make sure standard support process is followed
- Handling critical cases which are non-replicable in product but only replicable in customer environment (customer specific issue)
3.Providing customer specific deliveries:
- Developing and implementing custom solutions for customer specific business needs
- Analyzing issues, requirement gathering, organizing scrum calls with sprint wise implementation of functional design documentation, completing implementation with technical design documentation
- Performing gap analysis to identify and deploy fix for needed corners; to avoid building everything from scratch
- Providing support in data fixing in customer server and user acceptance testing
