• Set up scrum teams as quickly as possible, and make such teams productive in a week or so.
• Trained freshers in Pega through classroom sessions, written assessments, and hands-on assessments. Took the highest number of freshers and made them productive in 45 days.
• Conducted reviews with project managers, such that there were zero escalations during the entire period of four years.

• Managed three projects in Case360, Thunderhead, and Migration to Thunderhead from the Mainframe.
