• Led mechanical aspects, as Mechanical Project Lead, for numerous successfully implemented large-scale Warehouse Material Handling Systems in both India and North America, as well as overseeing smaller to medium-sized warehouse automation projects.

• Led comprehensive System Design Review meetings involving customers, other engineering disciplines, and external equipment vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.
• Lead & oversaw the commissioning and troubleshooting activities to support mechanical installation at project sites, contributing to project turnover and closure.
• Demonstrated expertise in Sustainable/Value Engineering, identifying optimal replacements for legacy and obsolete Intelligrated and vendor components in United States and for local manufacturing in India.
• Provided training to both existing and new engineers on diverse topics & design processes.

• Created designs for mechanical frames using extruded aluminum profiles for industrial automation, material handling support structures, and machine enclosures to enhance industrial logistics
• Developed and verified 3-D design models and assemblies using SolidWorks and Inventor, while also generating detail drawings in compliance with customer standards. Additionally, created engineering bills of material for these designs
• Collaborated on design revisions based on customer specifications, ultimately producing comprehensive sets of fabrication and manufacturing drawings upon finalizing design

• Analyzed customer-provided construction layouts and drawings to estimate quantities of HVAC and heating systems, roofing, siding, insulation, plumbing, finishing, electrical lighting fixtures, concrete, and site work. This support was instrumental in aiding customers during their bidding processes.
