• Directing, supervising and participating in the all-maintenance activities of crane and substation

• Good sound of knowledge about Kaizen, 5S and LEAN techniques for problem solving and improvising the current techniques
• Spearheading efforts across managing harbor cranes such as container handling ZPMC, FELS, made Rail Mounted Quay Crane [RMQC], Rubber Tier Gantry Crane [RTGC] and Rail Mounted Gantry Crane & Fork lift, Reach stacker (RST), empty container handling (ECH) equipments, Spreader control with AS-I slaves and CAN Bus system
• Equipped with sound knowledge of Lifting equipments Spreader (twin) and lifts & knowledge of maintenance of motors and switchgears & having electro-mechanical knowledge too
• Accountable for monitoring the crane operation and providing daily report to higher officials
• Demonstrated competencies in implementing preventive, planned and predictive maintenance to maximize operational availability of equipments
• Capable of conducting root cause analysis to evolve quick breakdown solutions
• Accountable for Preparation of equipment history cards & Preparation of Daily and monthly schedules
• Implemented focused approach on maintenance domain and minimized incidences of breakdown
• Improved operational life and reliability of the equipments with regular condition monitoring and applying timely corrections
• Mapping consumption pattern of spares and driving procurement initiatives to ensure availability of reasonable inventory thereof within defined parameters
• During Breakdown carryout the problems in electrical circuits, Drives and PLC
• Performing Daily, Periodical Breakdown & Shutdown maintenances as per electrical maintenance check list.

• Testing and maintenance of Ship Unloader Cargo handling cranes (SAMSUNG) equipped with Rockwell Automation, ABB, Reliance Electric AC drives & Siemens AC drives
• Fault Analysis and rectification of repeated problems
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance
• Maintenance and trouble-shooting of Allen Bradly PLC with RS Logic5 with AUTOMAX and also RS Logic 5000 i.e
• Control logix
• Maintenance of Transformers, VCB & ACB.

As ELECTRICAL ENGINEER LEAD in PARADIP PORT TRUST. (Mechanized Coal Handling Plant) working in the Maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical equipments and all field instruments like PLC’s and SCADA systems related to Stacker, Reclaimer and Ship Loaders.
