Leading the team for Planning and Execution of 900 MW ( JSW, RENEW, SERENTICA CLIENTS) Wind Energy Power Plant.

· Ensure Smooth and Quality Execution for WTG Civil work as WTG Foundation, Road, Crane Pad and Boom assemble work.

· Arrange proper resource like Land, Manpower, Sub Contractors, OEMs and other Legal requirements and Compliance for on time completion of project.

Arranging Tools for Erection Activity and Updation in EAM Portal.

· Carry a 3S & 5S Audit for every WTG to check quality and healthiness of WTG.

· Making the quality basis data and also checking the tools & tackles.

· Executing project & maintaining Project scheduling by planning

· Make repairs and improvements to machinery where necessary.

· Monitor project progress, coordination and resolve problem.

· Prepare day to day report related to project work.

· Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project Schedule and planned progress milestones.

· Providing the site team with various daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring sheets and progress charts.

· Preparing planning documentation, BOQ, review of tenders and preparation of reports to award the contract, Coordinating with Client and Contractor.

• Initiation of KOM (Kik of Meeting) with WTG OEM and ensure Quality and Safety before start of the project
• Ensure Smooth and Ontime Installation of WTG with SGRE & Suzlon OEM
• New Site plaining and micro setting for upcoming sites and project
• Ensure Smooth and Quality Execution for WTG MCC and Commissioning work with safety and on time completion
• Ensure Smooth and Quality Execution for WTG Civil work as WTG Foundation, Road, Crane Pad and Boom assemble work
• Co-ordination among HO team and Site team as well Sub Contractors for on time completion of project
• Arrange proper resource like Land, Manpower, Sub Contractors, OEMs and other Legal requirements and Compliance for on time completion of project
• Taking follow-up with HO team for billing and Invoice of WTG OEM and Sub Contractors
• Taking follow-up with Land team for on time availability of land for upcoming WTG Civil work front
• Ensure all Sub Contractors and WTG OEM is following proper Adani Safety and Quality Protocols
• Coordinate with Service team for on time HOTO and Pending points closer
• Motivate team and encourage whenever required for maintaining Good safety and Quality Culture.

• Overall planning and monitoring of resource, cost, material and machinery for various construction projects using project management tools
• Steering diverse initiatives towards accomplishment of organizational goals & vision pertaining to the overall execution of the Projects, Quality Management, Design & Development, and Technical Services
• Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time and Cost parameter
• Monitoring project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through Project audits
• Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project Schedule and planned progress milestones
• Providing the site team with various daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring sheets and progress charts
• Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, Consultant, subcontractor and my project team
• Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impact the overall project progress
• Preparing planning documentation, BOQ, review of tenders and preparation of reports to award the contract, Coordinating with Client and Contractor
• In operation, when WTG under breakdown then check related errors in WTG, then resolved it by using drawings and SCADA system
• In maintenance we carry out it by using PM checklist to check all parameters related WTG
• Carry a 3S & 5S Audit for every WTG to check quality and healthiness of WTG
• Making the quality basis data and also checking the tools & tackles
• Resources and Manpower handling, all Maintenance activity, NCR report, NCR raise
• Instructing the engineering and execution team to complete the project and troubleshooting the entire problem and giving strength to the engineering execution team to come out from bottle neck.

• Taking care of utility and maintenance department
• Maintenance shots blasting machine, 250T Press and MPI Machine
• Maintenance of hot furnace, CNC machine, cooling tower and air compressor
• Connection of all Mechanical parts based on Mechanical Drawing
• Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting Design
• Define equipment and parts from external suppliers
• Provide technical support to external and internal customers
• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
