  • Ensured the continuity of business, escalated issues on time, and provided valuable support to BAU, as well as improved automated processes that were initiated in the project.
  • Worked on minimizing alerts, and brought the critical application tickets under control.
  • Since it is a 24/7 project, I worked on deployments for new changes and upgrades on the weekend, and performed the sanity checks to ensure zero errors during weekday business.
