  • Successful Product Launches: Instrumental in successfully launching Co-Branded Credit Cards for Brazil, Instant Bank Discount for Singapore Market Place. In Alexa, I was spear-heading the launches namely Alexa +, Proactive Send to Phone Feature, LLM Top Contacts biasing for Calling and Messaging feature, Communication Contacts API re-architecture, Bluetooth Synch Programs.
  • QA Delivery: Built the Central QA team for Digital and Emerging Payments Organization in Amazon from scratch and scaled the team in-terms of Delivery Excellence, Process Excellence and Innovation.
  • Spearheaded the QA Team which was responsible for successful Testing Delivery of 40+ Payment Program launches across different market places (APAC(AU,SG,CN), LATAM(BR, MX, Chile, Paraguay)). Our QA Team was responsible for performing Functional UI, API Testing, Accessibility Testing, Performance Testing and Accounting Testing at Amazon for Digital and Emerging Payments Organization.
  • Execution Excellence: Pioneered the QA Team which executed over 30000+ Test Cases and identified over 1500+ Defects of which around 1100+ defects are Launch Blocker Defects. 80% of the defects identified were Launch blockers. Spearheaded the QA Team which was responsible for averting 1100+ Sev2’s in Production.
  • Lead the QA team with a staggering track record of Zero Functional Sev 2’s reported till date for the program launches supported
  • Process Improvements: Defined mechanisms and standardized processes for QA team towards seamless delivery and have been instrumental in successfully transforming the QA Team on continuous process improvements, with team’s 100% adherence to processes.
  • Quality Metrics: Responsible for publishing Quality Metrics for all the payment program launches with an intent to improve the overall program efficiency. Have influenced the stakeholders logically with the metrics data, driving towards significant continuous improvement in the Org.
  • Automation Transformation: Conceived the Automation roadmap for QA Charter and enabled the QA Engineer to build the Automation Framework which was the first ever automation framework built in DEP Org to test Physical devices. Created Automation presence, trained and mentored the Manual QA testers to scale up on automation thereby successfully transforming the Manual unit to a 100% Automation unit.
  • Automation adoption across multiple orgs: Pioneer in evangelizing and socializing the automation framework for adoption across Amazon. Built the automation framework with the conviction of universal leverage across other organizations in Amazon and has also been successful in achieving framework adoption among teams like Prime Video QA Team, MENA Payments QA Team, PXT Team (People Experience and Technology) and Ring Team
