• Managed over 250 + customer batches configured in Control-M (Around 35K active production jobs) and preparing weekly customer report with leadership team.
• Documenting & implementing KPIs/SOPs for repeated incidents to make sure team members should have knowledge/recovery of issues

Control-M Batch Scheduler/Developer Role: -

• On payroll of Acropetal was engaged to work for JDA as contingent worker.
• Analyze customer application environments (More than 50 customers) and provide batch solution using Control-M scheduler.
• Created Control-M environment for client specific (DEV/QA/PROD) and performed all necessary compliance patches etc.,

Command Center Operator Role: -

• Monitor 15+ production application batches in Control-M environment to ensure orderly job submission and performed corrective actions (RERUN/FORCEOK) based on application team updates.

Control-M Administrator Role: -

• Performed Control-M environment includes installation of agent, job/calendar configuration
