Responsibilities

• Part of Global Product Data Management (GPDM), gatekeeper for PLM data creation and maintenance by working with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Engineer/Test Engineer, Business line PLM, Semiconductor Packaging Engineer) to set up Semi-finished goods and finished good in Enovia and Aras PLM.
• Expert in semiconductor manufacturing process and managed Bill of material (BOM) of semiconductor products (Mask Set, Wafer, Die, Finished goods). Part of Change control board to review, approve, co-ordinate on Engineering Change Management (ECO/MCO/EMCO). Coordinated with PLM IT to implement ECOs and root cause the failed change order
• Coordinated UAT (User acceptance test) and Pilot Test with 8 downstream system coordinators for Aras PLM implementation with downstream system such as SAP, Manufacturing, IT, Quality and VCP (Vendor Collaboration Portal) to test assigned test scenarios, involved in GO/NO GO decision for go live and provided after care support to end users. Successfully coordinated for 3 releases of Aras PLM system.
• Helped Product Engineer/Test Engineer with NPI launches, involved in Product set up in PLM starting with Development, Sample Manufacturing and mass production. Worked with Business line for Qualification of the products.
• Collaborated with stakeholders for Product implementation in PLM and downstream systems (SAP, Quality and Manufacturing system)
• Created/maintained documents on change management and products, provided training on demand and material access to PLM User across NXP semiconductor.

IT Analyst - Industrial and Engineering Services

Role: Project Lead

Responsibilities:

• Led a 7 members team for Sustenance Engineering, Obsolescence and Compliance program of Industrial products (Water Quality, Analytical instruments). Helped Customer to meet EU regulation on time by converting product portfolio to EU RoHS Compliant for 100+ Product lines, and protected the revenue
• Created and Maintained process SOP, check list, training plan, project tracker, weekly milestone/monthly KPI reports. Status reporting to customer on weekly, including align with project/program plan and escalate as necessary
• Worked as Internal Auditee for the project by complying with company (QMS) Quality management system. Skilled in creating SOW (Statement of Work), and involved from project initiation such as handshakes meeting to project closure

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product data management in Agile, validated PCN alerts received from vendor like IHS & updating AVL through standard ECR-ECO process.
• Ensured Customer products meet EU RoHS II compliance. Worked BOM scrubbing to assess component life cycle and suggested alternate if they are EoL/Obsolete
• Led Obsolescence Management meeting with stakeholder to find further action on Obsolete parts that is impacting on going production and work on the mitigation plan. Experienced with Centralized OBS tool
• Worked as SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) to qualify new products for GE locomotive products and used eNCI (Electronic New Component Introduction) tool for the qualification process.
• Created new parts in Product Center through NPI process and assigning internal part number. Created new MFR part and internal part details. BoM (Bill of Materials) scrub for redesign products for avoiding obsolescence issue.

• Responsible for building Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) by understanding assembly process and technologies. Ability to read customer provided documents (Bill of Material, Gerber Information, Assembly drawing and Schematic of the product) and aligned with product manufacturing
• Transformed Customer BOM to Engineering BOM (with additional information on Process and Component Specifications). Performed regular reviews on the Bill of Materials to ensure that there were no hazardous substances in the components and it meets EU RoHS directive.

• Quality control to assess populated component electrical specification/compliance information follow the standard operating procedure (SOP), and ensure component manufacturing information such as Moisture Sensitivity level (MSL), Peak Reflow Temperature, Terminal Plating, and Tin Whisker mitigation strategy are captured correctly
• Extensively interacted with customer to get alignment on product/component issues and supplier to gather component data on timely to meet monthly/quarterly milestone.
