• • Monitoring Work Progress & Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Oversee the progress of viaduct and station construction activities to ensure they are on track and meet the required standards. Regularly conduct quality checks to ensure all tasks are performed according to specifications.
  • Ensuring Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, mitigating risks and maintaining high construction quality.
  • Handling RFIs & Reviewing RA Bills: Manage and close Requests for Inspection (RFIs) to ensure timely inspection of completed work. Review and verify the RA (Running Account) bills submitted by contractors, ensuring they align with actual work completed.
  • Coordinating Project Review Meetings & Site Visits: Organize and coordinate regular project review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and milestones. Conduct site visits to assess work on the ground and identify any potential issues.

• Executing construction activities pertaining to setting up of Batching plant, WMM plant, Hot Mix plant, Weigh bridge and other temporary structures.
• Preparation of monthly Sub-Contractor bills based on work order conditions
• Preparing bar bending schedules and ensuring cutting & bending of steel as per BBS
• Supervising the process from the conceptual development stage, ensuring deployment and availability of manpower
• Attending project review meetings

• Successfully executed construction activities of Metro Under Bridge, Box Culvert, Retaining walls and Elevated/At grade metro stations and Utility Diversion & Traffic Diversion works in adherence to quality, safety, time and cost requirements laid by top management, client and public representatives
• Handling construction activities for 11 km stretch At grade works
• Coordinating with stake holders (including government authorities like MEL (Metro Express Limited), RDA (Road Development Authority) ,Design team, public, client and so on) in managing construction activities for 11 km stretch
• Preparing bar bending schedules, daily progress reports, weekly progress reports & monthly sub-contractor bills based on work order conditions; developing snag list for At grade works & Station works
