Project Description:

• Analyzing the requirements and getting clarification with the BA Team. Accordingly, participated in testing the STM (Source and Target Mapping) document, which is in synchronization with the BRD and FRD. Understanding the BRDs and FRDs, and preparing a test plan and testing scenarios with test data to exhaustively cover the testing of clients' requirements, spanning across the score, interfaces, and local customization testing, several complete ETL mappings, mapplets, and reusable transformations for daily data and Month- end data loads. Monitor and chase respective developers and environment teams to get faster resolution of critical and high-priority defects. Logging defects in the defect tracking tool with proper severity and priority.

Role and Contribution:

• I covered the lead role, as the LOB owner assigns work to my team members. Coordinate with for the entire release, and maintain the quality of the output. And increased productivity as well. Many times, we found critical issues by the time we communicated with the Development team and the BA team. Till we can't close, we try to escalate the issues we face to the appropriate authorities to bring them to their notice and get immediate resolutions. Creating traceability relationships between requirements in the same module and between different modules.
