Project name: Research & Development of MRA2 20PC Latch and its Mechanisms for JLR and Nissan programs

In MRA2 20PC Latch we have supported for complete Latch new design as per environmental data and customer requirements.

  • Design and development of complete new latch concept with reference with MRA2 20PC latch
  • Design the Prototype Model of Rotatable cargo striker concept for BMW MECH program.
  • Worked on High Mount Latch Concept as floor Latch application for Nissan P33 Program.
  • Working on Infinitive sticker and Adjustable power sticker concept for MECH program.
  • Working knowledge on latch mechanisms and kinematics.
  • Creating the drawing of the complete Latch and its parts (Explode of the Latch Assemblies, Mounting Sequence)
  • Modification of Latch plastics and BIW mounting brackets as per new design modifications.
  • Preparing the presentation based on customer interactions.

Project name: Mercedes Maybach X167

It’s a Daimler project in which we have one variant X167 Second Row Seat with lots of different applications.

  • Packaging study of the Seats covering the Headrests, Cushion, Backrest and Armrest and other parts.
  • Clash analysis (Cushion and Structure)
  • Headrest FMVSS and ECE regulation studies
  • Gap / Meet to Metal Analysis
  • Plastic modification as per the instruction in the Assembly
  • Concept making and modifications in plastic parts
  • Creating the drawing of the Seats (Explode of the Seat Assemblies, Mounting Sequence)
  • Having direct interaction with Customer (Germany)
  • Upgrading the parts based on the discussion and instruction.
  • Quality control and HQM deviation check as per input data.

Project name: E2XO Opel Europe

It’s a Opel E2XO program in which we have supported complete seat plastics and foam.

  • Design and development of complete seat plastics like back panel, cushion pan, side valance and head rest plastics with tooling feasibility consideration
  • Re-Mastering of all Plastics, sheet metals existing CAD models from CATIA V5 to UG NX.
  • Creating the B Side features like ribs, clip towers, honey comb structure as per requirement for attachment.
  • Design and development of cushion foam and back foam from the STO by using Structure data.
