In MRA2 20PC Latch we have supported for complete Latch new design as per environmental data and customer requirements.
- Design and development of complete new latch concept with reference with MRA2 20PC latch
- Design the Prototype Model of Rotatable cargo striker concept for BMW MECH program.
- Worked on High Mount Latch Concept as floor Latch application for Nissan P33 Program.
- Working on Infinitive sticker and Adjustable power sticker concept for MECH program.
- Working knowledge on latch mechanisms and kinematics.
- Creating the drawing of the complete Latch and its parts (Explode of the Latch Assemblies, Mounting Sequence)

It’s a Daimler project in which we have one variant X167 Second Row Seat with lots of different applications.

Project name: E2XO Opel Europe
It’s a Opel E2XO program in which we have supported complete seat plastics and foam.
- Design and development of complete seat plastics like back panel, cushion pan, side valance and head rest plastics with tooling feasibility consideration
- Re-Mastering of all Plastics, sheet metals existing CAD models from CATIA V5 to UG NX.
- Creating the B Side features like ribs, clip towers, honey comb structure as per requirement for attachment.
- Design and development of cushion foam and back foam from the STO by using Structure data.
