Needless to say, that strategic planning and execution is my quotidian life, scouting through segment trends, research, product gaps, concept to pilot execution, strategic selling and relationship management
Armed with domain skills like business strategy, marketing, sales, project management, cross-functional team pricing, I have been Godrej Interio’ change agent for the last 8 years, starting and institutionalizing Godrej Interio’ Business Development in the most structured manner
Interio’s rainmaker, I have been successful in breaking through tough accounts and making them evangelists for brand Godrej Interio/Godrej
A life-long learner, I have been part of the prestigious Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing Program (2015-2016) that aims to create Visionary Leaders skilled to transform Indian manufacturing by conveying the management concept of the Japanese manufacturing to the senior and middle managers
For this purpose, VLFM Program highlights the “BIG M” (manufacturing) concept which covers the entire manufacturing eco system from concept creation of new product to after sales service
I have successfully leveraged these strategic learnings of the VLFM program towards institutionalizing Business Development Initiative and so also strengthening the Key Account Management practice in my earlier profile
