Over the course of the last 10+ years as a Product Manager across various teams, I've built products and product teams across large scale consumer businesses, E-Commerce and B2B fintechs. My org (AGI-DS) is responsible for faster, cheaper and more secure ground truth data generation for ML/LLM Scientists to 50+ orgs across Amazon. I'm responsible for building products which deliver ground truth data within customer's need-by dates. In order to do this, I build products which programatically balance supply and demand for a 2-sided network. Key achievement -

  • Increased % of orders delivered on-time by 800 bps over 3 quarters, by solving real-time scheduling and forecasting across a fleet of globally distributed 4000 member Operations team.

I led the Platform Product Team at Razorpay

  • My charter includes managing 5 pods, covering Acquisition, Onboarding, Activation, Engagement and Support for Razorpay's neobanking vertical (RazorpayX)
  • I've grown the monthly transacting users by ~15% month over month by introducing new channels for customer acquisition.
  • I've improved M1-M6 retention for RazorpayX by launching Access Controls so that founders can trust their accountants with their primary bank accounts.

I led 3 different teams at MakeMyTrip and received recognition by way of back to back promotions across my time here

  • Team #1: I started by leading the first Growth PM team at MakeMyTrip
  • I was responsible for initiatives in new user acquisition with a focus on user led techniques
  • My biggest impact was in doubling the share of new users from user led programs from 5% to 10% in 5 months
  • These initiatives meant that an additional 4000 users were accessing MakeMyTrip every day and adding $1.5 million to annual revenue
  • Team #2: I moved internally to brand Goibibo, where I set up the first Customer Experience team here
  • I was responsible for NPS & Contact Ratio metrics
  • I oversaw a product journey from idea to massive scale out by building a chatbot called 'Gia'
  • Gia helps save Contact Center Costs by $2 million per year by automating ~60% of user queries
  • Users who interacted with Gia reported a 5- point increase in NPS and a 4X increase in repeat usage
  • Additionally, I also integrated Gia to filter leads for selling high value travel holiday packages, generating revenue of $4 million per year
  • I won multiple industry level awards for this initiative - like 'India CX Award for Best E-Commerce Customer Experience' and Gold award at 'CX Week Asia', Singapore
  • I also received the annual CEO's Ring of Honour in 2019 - given to the top 15 employees across a two thousand member organization
  • Team #3: As the org's focus shifted towards building high-frequency travel use cases, I led another 0-1 initiative and launched a new category called 'Metro', which has grown from 0 to 1000 tickets per day in a period of 4 months
  • At this time, I also led the product team for one of the largest categories (in terms of search volume) - Trains
  • In this role, I've been able to improve the end-to-end funnel conversion by 15% by building a 'Recommended' option and a Merged Search Results Page.
