Have established and carried out effective collaborations in the areas of Cell based gene therapy, Endothelial outgrowth cells, Infectious disease diagnostics, Phytochemical drug discovery, Microbial metagenomics, and pre and probiotics. Adept at accreditation activities and grant writing. Looking forward to do further translational applications in these areas.

1) Received BIRAC Grant for the project 'LAMP based, point of care POC rapid and low-cost diagnostic test for COVID-19” at SCMS Institute of Bioscience & Biotechnology R&D (2020-22)

2) Member of MGU expert panel for Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering (2025)

3) Chair of MGU Practical examinations for MSC Molecular Biology & Genetic Engineering 2020-25

4) Member of the Award Committee of State Institute of Language, for selecting the best Scholarly book of the year (2023,25)

5) Planned and coordinated several National and International Academic & Research Conferences and workshops at SCMS group of Institutions (2019-2025)

6) Have published more than 25 popular science articles in leading online and offline media in topics such as Gut-Brain axis , Neuroscience of Memory, Human -Wild life conflict, Plastic pollution, Neurobiology of Addiction etc
