• Conduct advanced analyses, including: active component in UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC.Residue solvent analysis in GC-FID. Mycotoxin analysis HPLC with Fluorescent Detector, pesticide analysis in GC FPD. sample preparation and running samples for heavy metal analysis in ICP-MS.
• Perform minor analyses such as extractions, moisture and oil percentage checks, and additive analyses (acid value, saponification, glyceride content using UPLC with RI detector).
• Support multi-branch operations through deputation duties, including assignments in Hyderabad, Khammam, and Hubli.
• Manage analytical processes to ensure precision and accuracy in NABL-accredited laboratory operations.
• Analyze samples from multiple branches, delivering timely and reliable reports to aid production and quality control.
• Kept equipment operating and in good condition by performing quality checks and calling in for repairs when needed.
• Collaborated with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for better product outcomes.
• Assisted in achieving NABL audit by preparing documentation, Validation of existing method and calibration of instrument and helping audit activities as needed.
