• Engaged in end-to-end procurement activities, such as finding new suppliers, developing vendor masters, RFQs, creating cost comparative statements, negotiating, putting together a PO Justification sheet and obtaining management approval, releasing purchase orders, tracking down materials, logistics, receiving materials, and inventory control

• In order to cut down the part manufacturing cost internal shout costs were prepared . The drawings were initially sourced and arranged according to manufacturing processes. and release of the order to the appropriate vendors, resulting in a 15% cost saving in overall procurement
• Over the course of three years, I have developed a vendor base of over 170+ vendors from across Tamil Nadu in order to obtain a reasonable price and timely delivery in order to fulfill the project deadline.

• Porter app-based transportation was implemented , which resulted in a 10% cost savings overall when compared to traditional transportation methods.
