• Develop and manage strategic account plans and key executive relationships, including growth opportunities, action planning, day-to-day relationships and business growth forecasting.
• Develop a partner ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Support new business development and managing the effective delivery of programs to partners. Have done grassroots pilot with institutions in Rajasthan, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh
• Support the development of and prepare pitch decks proposals for funding opportunities
• Ensure that regular reports and key metrics/results are shared with leadership. Facilitate the development of donor reporting
• Lead the development and implementation of prospect plans, keeping abreast of the sector trends to maximize opportunities for the organization
• Liaise closely with the finance department to gather invoice documentation and ensure proper spending and tracking of HNI funding, including the allocation to program activities that are carried out
• Engage in strategic networking to expand the organization’s positioning and enhance the organization’s image and visibility
• Excellent relationship management. Maintaining contact with key individuals and organizations.
