Making utilities & facilities rounds at site observing all the break down abnormal things, Reporting & discussing the daily activities and plans with facilities & Managers, Deploying the works accordingly to concern Dept & vendors, following works get to completed. Generating the Facilities report such as Daily report, MMR, Incident reports, audit reports & break down reports etc. Overseen preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts and minimize breakdowns, taking shutdowns for PM, work force Deployment (PM maintenance schedules for 52 weeks). Implementation of SOP, EOP and SWMS as required including training program for subordinates. Ensure to meet all service deliverables SLAs and KPIs. Manage engineering Operation and Maintenance of M&E equipment like HVAC system, PAC, UPS, Elevators, LT Panel and Rising Mains as per defined SOWs to ensure 100% uptime of all equipment present in the facility.

• Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment's through application of trouble shooting tools.

• Operation & Maintenance FAPA, Fire hydrant, Sprinkler, WLD & VESDA panel.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of inventory and maintenance repair and maintenance (R&M) materials, tracks material consumption, and utilizes bin card systems for inventory control.

• Collaborating with various departments to gather input and understand financial requirements and analysing historical financial data to forecast future revenues and expenses.
• BOQ Preparation: prepared detailed BOQs for various projects, ensuring accurate estimation of materials and costs, which has been crucial for budgeting and procurement processes.
• Purchase Order (POR): I have handled the PO creating and open PO closing process.
• Goods Receipt (GR): I have overseen the GR process, ensuring that goods received are accurately recorded in the system.
• Accruals and PO closer: Managed the accrual process, ensuring that expenses are recognized in the correct accounting period and closing.

• Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC), I have utilized OSvC to manage customer interactions, streamline service requests, and enhance communication channels, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Corrigo, Experience with Corrigo includes managing and tracking work orders, coordinating with service providers, and overseeing preventive maintenance schedules. Experienced in both proactive and reactive maintenance strategies.
