Currently, I am working with the OnGrid. OnGrid provides comprehensive background verification services that can be customized to any requirement for any industry. I recently joined them to set-up their International operations and I am also managing their data managemnet team (data initiation team). I am currently managing more than 40 members in the data management team to run the daily operations effectivily.

Career achievements at Council: · I was part of the core team during the implementation of pre-appointment screening in the British Council globally; previously, it was managed at local levels. · I have created and managed all the documentation related to the process, such as process mapping, standard operating procedures, overarching, and the PAS delivery document. · I am part of the governance model designed by Global HR Operations, and the Noida team has adopted it at the SSC PAS team to ensure effective delivery and governance of service at all levels. · I am managing operations governance and giving support to the service delivery lead in tactical and strategic governance. · I am leading safeguarding and compliance conversations where our input is needed. · I am supporting the counter-fraud and bribery teams in their investigations as well. · I am leading the internal and external audits.
