  • I work on behalf of ICICI Bank to sell credit cards to customers who have shown interest through online websites or advertisements. I begin by greeting the customer and asking if they faced any technical issues or rejections while applying online. Then, I ask about their employment type—whether they are salaried or self-employed—and based on their monthly and yearly income, I explain the credit cards they are eligible for. I also inform them whether the selected card has any annual charges and clearly explain the benefits of the card they are interested in. Once a card is selected, I confirm whether the address on their documents matches their current address and collect the updated address if needed.
  • After confirming these details, I collect basic customer information to fill out the credit card application. If the customer is new to the bank (NTB), I explain the video KYC process, including which documents they need and the questions the KYC officer might ask. I also collect supporting documents based on their employment type. For salaried customers, I check if they work in the public, private, or government sector. Public and private sector employees need to provide salary slips and bank statements, while government employees must also provide a service letter or certificate. For self-employed customers, I collect Income Tax Returns (ITR) and GST documents. After gathering all the required documents, I submit the application for further verification and processing of the credit card.

  • I worked as a data entry clerk at Royal Bucket Restaurant in Ajman. My main job was to enter and update information about customer orders, daily sales, staff attendance, and stock levels. I used Microsoft Excel and the restaurant’s POS (point of sales) system to keep all records correct and organized. I also helped prepare weekly and monthly reports for the manager. I worked closely with the kitchen and store teams to make sure all items were in stock and available. I checked data for mistakes and made corrections when needed. If a customer was not interested, we explained the unique benefits of our loan products and tried to create interest by showing how it could help in their current or future situation.
  • If a customer agreed to take the loan, we informed them about the loan amount they were eligible for, the tenure options, the processing fees, and the monthly EMI. We answered all their questions clearly and made sure they understood everything before transferring the call to the verification team to complete the process. Each day, I worked with fixed sales targets that I had to achieve by the end of the day.
