As Head of Data - My primary responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Lead team of about 15 members including KPMG Data team and Run the Business Model successfully for ADSS Data deliverables
• Involve in end-to-end Data Transformation Program viz., Data Migration Activities - started the project from the pre-incubate stage from requirements gathering (DWH to EDW) , BI and Reporting Enhancements
• To consistently drive and thrive the team to proactively derive actionable insights for business streams like Finance, Front Office and RISK, Data Governance and Security ,
• Successfully launched new Trading platform (Adaptive replacing MT4) in to EDW working closely with Platform Owner, Infra and CSOC.
• Streamline processes with Azure DevOps, Optimize Cost MoM on Databricks and Azure Data Stack
• Participate in daily and weekly scrum cadence (Production BAU vs new project initiatives), Architecture Review Board Meetings, and apprise Chief Data Officer (CDO) of progress

• Lead Nike Retail Consumer Analytics Data Engineering Squads Engineering (composing of BSA. Data Engineers, QE) of about 25 members spread across various squads on Data Lake North Star Architecture for Dimensional/Transactional Data Products
• Architected and Modernized Big Data Platforms on EDW (Snowflake) and Data Lake for BI and ML use cases
• Have Normalized and Curated Canonical Data Model for Business Consumption from Hive and SnowFlake DWH.in-line with Taxonomy on Subject Areas like Shipment, Delivery, Inventory at Location.
• Recent Accomplishments across multiple squads of data engineering including, but not limited to:
• Airflow DAG migration from legacy AWS system (lambda) and SAP HANA BW to EMR based self-serviced development/reporting paradigm on SnowFlake

• Managed a reporting team for SOC1 Risk and Regulatory reporting of about 12 + members with a combination of Developers, QA , BSA and Scrum Masters
• Engage in Product Backlog Refinement for Quarterly Program Increment (PI) prioritizing Epics adhering to scrum cadence, and engage in product roadmap with organization initiatives primarily on sunsetting legacy systems, Cloud Core, Improvements on Straight through Processing

As an Individual contributor and lead , helped Improve Scalability and Performance of the Payment Data Platform from 500 Payments Per Second to 900 PPS by Implementing NoSQL type Oracle Data Sharding for Integrated Data Infrastructure.
