Responsibilities are :

- Liaising with clients & the in-house Software developers & Software testing teams to coordinate the implementation and support activities of the project.

Responsibilities were:

- Marketing the business loan of RAK bank.

- Selling the loan to SME clients.

- Verification & Collection of the documents as per the bank's policies.

- Logging in the case as per the terms & conditions to process the loan.

- Tracking the time to time status of the loan.

- Collecting the docs & providing the required information as per the demand from credit department.

- Coordinating with the client & the bank to complete the process of loan disbursement.

- Completing the after disbursement formalities.

- Achieving the monthly targets as fixed by bank.

Australia & New Zealand Bank was next step to my carrier.

Responsibilities were :

- Analyses Cards Settlements and control team.

- Handle customer calls from Newzeland & Australia.

- Do the research and reconciliation for the rejected online card transactions happens due to any kind of fluctuation.

- Do the root cause of the fluctuation and action plan.

Project - Successfully completed the transition of Cards Settlements and control process from Newzeland & Australia within the time frame.

I started my career with HP in 2006.

Responsibilities were :

- I worked as a return reconciler in Supply Chain Management in to finance operations.

- Reconciliation of return goods Vs claimed good in the SAP.

- Negotiation with re-sellers regarding return inventories during the period.

- On call transaction with U.S. re-sellers & vendors.

Project - Successfully completed the EDI signal project which included the remote transition (on call) of the entire project from US to India.
