  • Responsible for the entire induction process, including onboarding of new hires, conducting orientation sessions, offer letter generation, and introducing them to their respective buddy, manager, and team.
  • Ensuring all employees are aware of all the policies, including general HR policies, client confidentiality, anti-corruption, POSH, etc.
  • Responsible for conducting referral checks and background verifications on various parameters, such as qualifications, past employers' checks, relieving letters, salary slips, and gathering feedback on adherence to the code of conduct from the HR department of previous employers.
  • Designed a framework and questions for background verification emails and referral checks.
  • Responsible for managing the third-party vendor for employee background verification required by clients, as per their requirements, and maintaining those BGV files as well.
