• As a Manager Gr-II (Civil) monitoring Quality inspection and site execution work of Switchyard, Cooling Tower, WTP and Miscellaneous Building Package.
• Manage & perform the regular inspection activities & checks as per FQAP.
• Manage & Perform Laboratory Concrete testing work which includes Source inspection, Gradation, Flakiness elongation, Density, Specific gravity, Water absorption, Moisture correction, Trail mixes. Cement testing etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day Inspection activities in field Embankment work as FDD & MDD. Involve in the Soil testing in lab as Grain size analysis, Liquid limit, plastic limit, Plasticity Index & Specific gravity.
• Maintain the documentation in line with FQAP.
• Responsible for periodic & surveillance quality audit (Internal as well as external) and ensure the zero NC by customer.
• Process control of Batching Plant.
• Maintaining all records as per approved FQP and Preparation of day-to-day field inspection report.
• Update/maintain project database and record in proper way, especially for materials.
• Good in MS Excel and MS word.
• Explains the work and study of assembly drawings to the new comers.
• Attend and conduct daily coordination meeting with Supervisor and concern person and address the issue with proper solution.
• Instruct sub-contractors and all workers to maintain all safety practices at construction site.
