- Responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the procurement finance MIC forecasting process and use of system & tools(OneStream & S4/HANA).
- Worked with the project team during the set-up phase of the Procurement Finance Forecasting tool and process(OneStream) during build, validation, QA, production and Global Calc.
- Performed effective and efficient analysis and validation of reported MIC FC data (actual, forecasts, strategic plans, and other reported data) to support improvements in quality, process and data analysis reported from OneStream.
- Worked on the process enhancements related to vendor allocation, missing price loads, inbound logistics, volumes & contracts API's & PCE dashboard.

- Responsible for completed MIC FC & Variance analysis (NMCI, Fx. Act vs Fc spend, YoY, CoC impact, volume impact, price impact) on country and region level and communicate output to Procurement Finance to prepare for PLT Sign-off.
- Monthly performance management- Analysis and deep dives where needed, including procurement commentaries collection and impacts explanation and prepare monthly communications.
