• Overseeing and enforcing safety issues for site and in TBM
• Implementing quality standard
• Budget management and procurement
• Site management and leadership with other engineering disciplines including, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineers covering a range of project requirements.
• Responsible and monitoring for management of preliminary property protection (settlement) studies, Tunneling Methodology Report, Tunneling / construction methods and coordination with systems and station consultants.
• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of deep excavation / mined and bored tunneling works according to DTA (Design tunnel alignment)
• Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labour in excavation and ring build
• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records and other construction works.
• Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.
• Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly
