- Kaizen: Initiated to reduce the defect rate in the collection of Earning per share (EPS) and Weighted average shares outstanding (WASO). Collected the cases for EPS and WASO at the country level and provided the logic calculation for the same. Standardized the Brazil collection policy for EPS & WASO by doing 20% sample research on the total Brazil market coverage. Reviewed country-level methodology document and suggested the changes to the methodology document.
- Global Template Review (GTR): Initiated to reduce the line items in the template which are unused, with the objective to provide accurate data to clients. Participating in the conference huddle along with Chicago and Shenzhen teams and discussing the issues faced while testing. Selected as point of contact between Mumbai and Shenzhen team.
